Purpose of the job

You will be responsible for ensuring that inbound logistics processes run efficiently and that all relevant data is accurately maintained.

  • Process logistics-related transactions in SAP, including goods receipts, delivery note creation, and billing.

  • Publish and maintain records of direct delivery activities using MS Excel.

  • Maintain reports and dashboards to reconcile direct delivery and inbound logistics activity with Supply Chain requirements.

  • Upload Proof of Delivery (POD) documents and resolve POD-related queries.

  • Plan, coordinate, and book deliveries for inland transport from port to warehouse.

  • Provide operational support to warehouse, factory, and supply chain teams regarding inbound-related queries such as stock availability and logistics issues (late arrivals, no-shows).

  • Investigate and resolve logistics discrepancies, including missing or incorrect stock.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management, or relevant practical experience.

  • Strong MS Office skills, with an advantage for Excel functions such as lookups and pivot tables.

  • Eagerness and ability to learn quickly.

  • High level of attention to detail.

  • Proficient level of English.

  • Experience with logistics operations, ERP systems, or WMS platforms is considered an advantage.
