Purpose of the job

This is a role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, international environment. You will translate business needs into optimized billing solutions, work with cutting-edge ERP and TMS systems, and advise management on cost efficiency, investments, and profitability. By aligning processes with internal guidelines and driving improvement projects, you will make a direct impact on operational excellence and financial performance.

  • Manage system configurations, upgrades, and integrations of billing modules across European and CIS operations.
  • Analyze business requirements, design new billing processes, and translate them into clear and actionable system requirements.
  • Lead or support projects related to billing solutions, including enhancements, automation, and digital transformation.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues in TMS, FIS, and WMS systems related to billing and invoicing.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring that solutions meet both operational and financial needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of developers, analysts, SSC, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.
  • Provide management with data-driven insights on cost efficiency, profitability, and investment opportunities.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with internal standards and client expectations.
  • Organize team meetings, manage stakeholders, and provide accurate reporting on project progress.
  • Work according to established SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure compliance and consistency.

Profile

•    Bachelor / Master degree (Preferably in Business management/SCM/Finance)
•    Minimum of  3 years working experience
•    Experienced with ERP systems / TMS 
•    Experienced in Finance/Controlling/ Supply Chain is a plus
•    Fluent in English (Dutch or Korean is a bonus) 
•    Excel (advanced level)
•    Strong analytical & Collaboration skills
•    Thrives in teamwork while maintaining autonomy 
•    Good communication skills
•    Leadership skills
