Purpose of the job
- Collect and calculate data in order to maintain payrolls
- Enter data into the system Enova (leaves, overtime)
- Update payroll records (entering insurance coverage, division transfers, deductions)
- Prepare reports of earnings, deductions, taxes, and leaves
- ZUS ZUA and ZWUA preparation
- Workday system administration (GHRPW and GHRPS)

Profile
- University degree (HR,Finance/Accountancy) will be appreciated
- Good English, spoken and written
- Min. 3 years experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Enova 365, Workday knowledge will be appreciated
- Being able to work under time pressure
- Good organization of work
