As Logistics Operations Intern, you will be supporting the team responsible for managing transportation both Inbound and Outbound. You will report to the Operations Manager and interact with customers, partners and various departments within our company.

Purpose of the job
The main activities you’ll be involved in are:
- Inbound scheduling:
- Plan the arrivals at the warehouse: basing on production plan and warehouse capacity, you have to define the inbound plan.
- Send updates to the customer about the final plan (daily).
- Delivery booking: ???????
- Send to the customer the list of unbook deliveries in order to avoid accumulation and delivery delays in the relevant month.
- Support customers in case of need.

Profile
For this role, we are looking for a candidate with analytical skills, precision and proactivity.
He/she is a flexible, passionate with a strong hands-on mentality, able to work in teams and with a high motivation to learn.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Attitude to work collaboratively on cross-functional, multi-cultural teams.
- Native Italian speaker or excellent proficiency. Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Benefits
Internship duration: 6 months, with possibility of further extension.
Compensation: 900,00 euro gross per month.
Office: Milan office (Porta Nuova – Garibaldi area)
