Purpose of the job

As a Freight Forwarder, you’ll manage ocean freight operations, including capacity planning, shipment booking, carrier selection, routing, scheduling, and tendering. You’ll oversee customs clearance, ensure regulatory compliance, track shipments, resolve exceptions, and optimize logistics performance.

Your responsibilities include managing freight costs, reviewing invoices, liaising with stakeholders, and maintaining relationships with logistics providers and government agencies.

Furthermore you’ll drive process improvements, ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, and handle disputes and claims. With your expertise in freight logistics, cost management, and problem-solving, you’ll ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective transportation, supporting overall supply chain success.
