Purpose of the job
In this position you'll be taking the lead in both monitoring and reporting the QHSE basics on location aswell as take charge in facility tasks for the warehouse ensuring proper maintenance with complete and correctly stored documentation.
- Act as point of contact for technical services and support in the building
- Act as a point of contact for public organizations, property owner, suppliers, and support services
- Coordinate support services performed by external suppliers in order to ensure optimum service levels against favorable costs
- H&S: Support with BHV and security-related topics

Profile
For this position we are looking for a candidate with a positive mindset, passion for helping others and a strong motivation to tackle facility management.
Furthermore we're looking for:
- MBO/HBO level or required by experience
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft products such as Windows, Office, etc.;
- Hands-on mentality, eager to take initiative
- Communication skills;
- English & Dutch language in speaking and writing;
- Open to other cultures.
