1. CSRD Implementation and Reporting:
• Successfully implement CSRD reporting requirements by end of 2025 for the Netherlands, Slovakia, Poland, and Hungary branches, ensuring compliance with the directive.
• Establish and oversee sustainability reporting frameworks aligned with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards and CSRD legal requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with country-specific teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in sustainability reporting.
2. ESG Strategy Development and Execution:
• Develop and implement ESG strategies aligned with corporate values and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and drive initiatives to improve environmental, social, and governance performance across the organization.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to maintain compliance and innovation in ESG initiatives
3. Cross-Border Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
• Act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and external consultants, leading the CSRD Reporting Project from design to execution.
• Collaborate with and support HQ on ESG-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate sustainability goals and policies.
• Coordinate data collection across different stakeholders, ensuring high-quality and timely submission of sustainability data.
• Create and present detailed reports and forecasts to the Management Team of RHQ and HQ, ensuring clarity and transparency in reporting.
• Build strong relationships with internal departments, including finance, legal, and operations, to integrate ESG into core business practices.
4. Data Management and Compliance Monitoring:
• Develop and implement systems for collecting, managing, and analyzing ESG-related data in compliance with CSRD standards.
• Ensure transparency, consistency, and accuracy in sustainability metrics and reporting.
• Regularly audit and review compliance with CSRD requirements and address gaps proactively.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of three years of experience in sustainability reporting, ESG consulting, assurance, or a similar role. Preferable experience in implementing CSRD or similar frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of EU sustainability regulations, including CSRD, ESRS, and related standards
• Experience in working within an international, multi-stakeholder environment is a strong plus.
• Fluency in English is essential. Korean language skills are a significant advantage.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach, demonstrating the ability to work autonomously while effectively engaging in team settings.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders with inclusivity, respect, and integrity.
• A strong desire to learn, develop, and adapt within a fast-evolving sustainability landscape.
