PURPOSE OF THE JOB
As an Innovations and BI manager, you will be responsible for identifying new (automation) solutions & technology as well as system growth areas together with stakeholders in the organization and support locally through the development of new concepts and technologies. You will be leading a team of engineers and Business Intelligence experts.
KEY ACTIVITIES
Key activities of the Innovations and BI Manager are:
- Serving as the key resource for the local organization regarding engineering & innovative solutions and data analysis
- Overseeing the creation of the local innovation roadmap and planning and ensuring an optimal project portfolio for the various locations.
- Building and maintaining a culture of innovation by attracting, motivating and retaining creative experts and specialists by developing individual team members. Responsible for the physical layout of the warehouse(s) and infrastructure.
- Setting targets, overseeing local innovation and system projects and ensuring achievement of agreed targets.
- Cooperating to ensure appropriate representation of needs of the organization. Setting requirements on innovation and projects as feedback to the annual year plan.
- Ensuring data warehouse of BI solution is governed and data accuracy is guaranteed.
- Ensuring appropriate legal contracts when applicable.
- Responsible for development of team members and follow up on HR processes as requested by HR.
- Working according to the standard SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures).

Profile
PROFILE
For this role we are looking for an ambitious candidate with strong analytical and communication skills, who is goal and service oriented.
We are looking for a person with:
- A master’s degree.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience.
- Advanced knowledge of BI, ERP and logistics executional systems (i.e. WMS, TMS).
- Experienced in Excel.
- Proficient in English speaking and writing.
