As a recruiter, you will play a key role in setting up a completely new Shared Service Center in Slovakia. You will work on building a recruitment strategy and recruiting the best talent for various positions within finance, HR, IT and customer service. This Shared Service Center will play a crucial role in Samsung's service provision to several European countries, and you will be the driving force behind finding the right people to make this happen.

We are looking for a colleague with:
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an international environment.
• Experience in setting up new teams or recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Knowledge of recruitment trends and local labor markets, especially in Eastern Europe.
• Strong networking skills, hands-on mentality and the ability to work independently.
