• Handling both short time forecast and orders for Samsung D2C customers. You will monitor the supply situation together with SCM Coordinators to make sure that orders are delivered on time to end users without delays.
• Check Stock situation with SCM coordinators and communicate closely with CS if there are orders that cannot be delivered on time.
• Close communication with SDS regarding our weekly order shipment plan and outbound tracking
• Monitor and analyze customer returns
We are looking for a candidate with:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
• We need you to have good knowledge in Office package, mainly Excel (high level), especially with Pivot and Vlookup since it is helpful in our tasks.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Portal experience, if you have experience from Order/Logistics and preferably from SAP or any other ERP system that is also highly preferred.
• Process skills, thinks and works with a strong process approach.
