Are you an ambitious recruiter with a passion for international projects and do you want to be part of a global brand? Samsung is looking for an experienced recruiter. In this role you are responsible for setting up and maintain the Shared Service role for recruitment, based in the Shared Service Center in Slovakia. Together with HR and hiring manager you will be responsible to set up and follow up on recruitment processes over Europe. Building up a recruitment process and structure that support the strategic buildup of a talent pipeline over the organization. You will be the PIC for all recruitment matters in Europe. You will be responsible for building a team for the best recruitment service.

Purpose of the job

As a recruiter, you will play a key role in setting up a completely new Shared Service Center in Slovakia. You will work on building a recruitment strategy and recruiting the best talent for various positions within finance, HR, IT and customer service. This Shared Service Center will play a crucial role in Samsung's service provision to several European countries, and you will be the driving force behind finding the right people to make this happen.

  • Responsible for a correct set up and execution of all recruitments activities in the EU. Ensuring a job profile alignment with the hiring manager, ensuring proper approval request in line with the recruitment guide
  • Ensure standard EU base) recruitment process, following guidelines and checklists.
  • Support on different (international) recruitment processes, including selection of tool, agency, CV and set up interviews and follow up on communication internal and external
  • First point of contact for all recruitment related questions
  • Responsible for reporting – related to recruitment
  • Specialism in recruitment and interview techniques.
  • Build network in recruitment

We are looking for a colleague with:

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an international environment.

• Experience in setting up new teams or recruitment processes.

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Knowledge of recruitment trends and local labor markets, especially in Eastern Europe.

• Strong networking skills, hands-on mentality and the ability to work independently.
