We are rolling out our own Samsung SDS Cello Prime software throughout Europe. In the role of Billing Solutions Professional you are responsible for supporting all operations in Europe that use Cello Prime, including continuous improvement. As a product owner you will answer questions of local super users and analyze current operational processes and develop, suggest and implement system and process improvements in order to boost operation efficiency and/or reduce costs. As a Billing specialist you will undertake a variety of financial and non-financial tasks in order to help guarantee the company’s revenues.

Purpose of the job

Support / Projects / Solutions

  • Be the first point of contact for all questions from the European operations regarding their specific processes and the Cello Prime system
  • Setting priorities to all requests coming in
  • Understand the time pressure for issues to be solved to minimize negative impact on operations
  • Discuss requirements with all stakeholders and design optimal solution for new implementation projects
  • Be responsible for delivering your solution through testing, go live and hyper care.

Process Improvement

  • Initiate/lead process improvements projects by analyzing processes and benchmark these processes with similar SDS operations in Europe. Create business case to get an approval to implement the improved process.
  • Come up with smart system solutions in order to reduce settlement delays and manual invoice verifications.
  • Gather information regarding new processes, IT systems or trends in order to have up to date knowledge.


  • Keep a track of possible improvements and issues that business is facing
  • Report to your direct manager about progress and potential escalations
  • Share latest developments with the super users in the different countries
  • Prepare status updates with potential warnings, successes, and general overview for Senior Management in order to keep all stakeholders aligned and up to date.




We are looking for a person with:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in accounting or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in billing, accounting, or a related field
  • Relevant experience with ERP and Billing software
  • A proficient level of English
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to travel up to 10%
