Purpose of the job

The Senior HR Business Partner is located in Delft at our Regional Head Quarters and is responsible for the daily HR activities within the assigned countries and departments

  • Proactively advises, coordinates and supports the delivery of all HR Processes (e.g., performance management, learning and development, retention, case management, etc.) for management and staff
  • Builds a strong business relationship with the business stakeholders
  • Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit
  • Coaches and advises the management to bring best solutions for employees and business
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in people management
  • Contributes to European HR projects
  • Contributes to building excellent HR services in Samsung SDS



We are looking for a colleague with:

  • A Bachelors / Master’s degree in HR or related
  • 5+ years working experience in a generalist role
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Project management and change management skills
  • Strong ability to take ownership
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong time management and able to manage

Multiple priorities

  • Service minded attitude
  • Fluent in English and Dutch is preferred
  • Excellent MS Office and Excel skills
  • Experience with Workday (pre)
  • 40 hour per week availability



  • Salary range 5000-6000 gross monthly based on experience
  • 8% holiday pay
