Execute daily transport related operations for one of Samsung SDS’s key customers. Responsible for monitoring outbound operations, customer service and act as resolute problem solver. Be the first and main contact for the customer and their customers for day to day operations.

A person who will independently serve as main contact for Samsung SDS customer, has the capabilities to build up a strong relationship with all stakeholders involved and provide outstanding customer service.
