PURPOSE OF THE JOB
You have an affinity with numbers and are interested to learn and coordinate the payroll in multiple European countries.  You have the ability and drive to improve processes and develop compensation and benefit policies. 


KEY ACTIVITIES
As a payroll and HR coordinator you are coordinating a flawless payroll in multiple countries (incl. Netherlands). In order to do so you are in close contact with the local providers and the HR Team in Delft.  You monitor the payroll administration from A to Z and consult the providers to determine how to process the complex mutations. You optimize the payroll processes in order to create a structured and efficient payroll process throughout Europe which is fully reliable and error-free.

Key activities of the Payroll and HR coordinator are:
 

  • Act as the main contact point for local payroll providers in order to jointly achieve error-free payroll;
  • Act as the main contact point for employees in order to answer all payroll related questions
  • Act as the bridge between payroll and finance which includes labour cost reporting
  • Collaborate with the HR team in order to achieve optimum payroll process and support to the business
  • Advice the HR team in regards of local legislation and impact on the payroll and HR processes in order to stay compliant and up to date
  • Lease car fleet coordinator
  • EU Insurance coordinator
  • Work closely with the finance department and country manager in order to involve them pro-actively in the payroll processes where appropriate
  • Develop multiple reports in regards of payroll, salary and labour costs in order to provide stakeholders with relevant management information and analyses;

PROFILE

We are looking for payroll and HR coordinator with:
  • A Bachelor in a relevant discipline
  • PDL diploma
  • Project Coordination/Management skills
  • 1 year working experience in HR/payroll
  • A proficient level of English
  • Fluent in Dutch
  • Experience with SAP
  • Advanced Excel skills
