We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Recruitment Business Partner. This role reports into the RHQ HR Manager and has an European scope. The recruitment function is currently part of the business partner role and is now being transitioned to a stand-alone role. We are a team of 8 based in Delft, Tilburg and Born.  The location of this role will be in Delft, The Netherlands. You will come into a role that needs to be built from the ground up.  Your day will consist of sourcing and interviewing logistics candidates for the many vacancies we have in Europe to building a recruitment structure to allow us to reduce agency costs and build a talent pipeline.

Purpose of the job

The activities within this role are diverse as we need a recruitment specialist that can focus on setting up a talent pipeline, improving the recruitment processes, and developing partnerships with universities.

Key activities include:

  • Developing a multitude of recruitment channels;
  • Developing a talent pipeline;
  • Setting up and developing relationships with Universities;
  • Improving or setting up recruitment policies;
  • Reducing recruitment costs;
  • Developing a traineeship program;
  • Developing a structured internship program;
  • Developing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).



We are looking for a candidate with strong social skills in communications towards the team and internal and external customers. Our ideal candidate is a decisive and flexible problem-solver with a strong hands-on mentality that is used to work in teams. Our ideal candidate has:

  • A Bachelor/Master degree with affinity in HR;  
  • Project Coordination/Management skills;
  • Min. 3 years working experience in an employment agency;
  • A proficient level of Dutch (mandatory);
  • Fluent in English;
  • PowerPoint and Excel level – proficient;
  • Pragmatic and a good sense of humor.



The salary range for this role is Euro 3.800 - 4.200 gross per month. In addition we offer an MBO Bonus based on performance and outstanding secondary benefits, for instance a fully paid health care insurance and fitness subscription.
